Digital music is the most popular type of music today. Digital music files are downloaded, uploaded and shared. In fact, some people illegally download these digital files and have issues with the law.

Digital music can be listened to on the computer or via a digital music player. These players are usually referred to as MP3 players. MP3 players offer a large library of files and a great, high quality sound.

Digital music can also be self-recorded music. This music is recorded on different types of computers. The digital music files are them copied to a compact disk for easy access and listening.
